The KSSM series of in-pan cake slicers are perfect for slicing sheet cakes, brownies, and other linear shaped baked goods directly in their pan. This is ideal for caterers or bakers who may bake and vend their baked goods by the slice or portion.

Customizable Cutting Grid

An interchangeable cutting bar allows for quick and easy configuration of the cutting grid. This includes the ability to choose the number of blades that are utilized during each pass. This enables you to adjust each slice individually in order to better suit your needs.

Dual cutting via two shelf system

The short cut is performed via the upper shelf, the long cut is performed via the lower cutting shelf.

Facilitates quick, easy cleaning and configuration.

Allows you to quickly change between various products and slicing configurations.

Operation

Operation procedures for the KRUMBEIN KSSM In-Pan/Sheet Pan Slicer is as follows:

Place pan on upper shelf

This will enable you to perform the short/lateral cut.

Pull lever down

This will rise cake into the cutting grid/blades.

Push pan into the machine

This will initiate slicing.

Release Handle

This will allow you to remove the sliced in-pan cake/pastry.

Place same cake into lower shelf

This will perform the second long/longitudinal cut. Simply repeat the previously outlined steps.
