Variable Capacities
Proofing systems capable of processing up to 600 pieces.
Variable Weights
Proofing systems that can support a maximum individual product weight of up to 53 oz | 1,500 g.
Variable Proofing Times
Proofing systems capable of processing 20, 30, and 40 pieces/minute.
Dynamic & Static Solutions Available
Proofing systems that can be configured as a pocket based (dynamic) or tray based (static) solution.
Durable Construction
Stainless steel finish.
Improved Production Flow
This system can easily integrate with complete bread production systems, including dividers and moulders.

Available Options
The Colbake Proofer Systems offer the following available options:
Access Panel
This provides easy access to the internal proofing cabinet. It also includes a viewing window to monitor product. For added safety, the system will not operate with the access panel open.
Conveyorized Loading
The proofer system can be loaded via a conveyor belt solution that ensures adequate spacing between dough peices.
Humidity Control
This provides an ability to increase the internal humidity within the proofing cabinet. This includes a digital control that displays both the current humidity and setpoint.
Temperature Control
This provides an ability to control the internal temperature of the proofer cabinet. This includes a digital display that shows the current temperature as well as the setpoint. This feature also comes with a removable bottom cover designed to prevent heat from escaping.
Shared Power System
Extra power socket for connecting additional machines. This socket can be located where it is most convenient for your production flow. This is extremely useful for connecting dividers or moulding stations to use in conjunction with this proofer system.
Touchscreen Controls
Intuitive control over all available parameters via a 7 inch color display.
Stainless Steel Frame
The internal structure can also be made entirely of stainless steel.
