Designed with the enduser in mind, this slicer features a front loading input with automatic operation.
Assorted Blade Configurations
Blades can be ordered in thicknesses ranging between 3/8″ – 1 1/4″ | 10 mm – 31 mm.
Safety
Includes a rear safety cover over blade housing.
Hygiene
Designed with cleanliness in mind, this unit also features a removable crumb collector (1.85 gal. capacity) that is accessible from the front of the machine.
