Z.Matik | SFA Series Automatic Pastry Sheeter with Optional Cutting Station

The Z.Matik SFA Series automatic reversible pastry sheeter is perfect for bakeries and restaurants with high volume production needs. In addition, they are easy to clean and service with completely removable dough scrapers. This versatile machine can also be coupled with an available cutting station.

The Z.Matik SFA Series automatic sheeter includes the following standard features:

Programmable, color touchscreen interface capable of storing up to 50 recipes. Can be used in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes.

Suitable for a wide variety of doughs including puffed, croissant, biscuit, doughnut, short dough, Phyllo (Filo). In addition, this machine can also be purchased with an optional cutting station.

✓ Compact
This machine features a space-saving footprint designed to fit in most environments. In addition, both sides of the conveyor belt fold up when not in use for maximum storage.

✓ Easy Cleaning
Easy to remove polyethylene scrapers and conveyor belt made of synthetic material for easy cleaning.

✓ Accessories
Rolling pins with mounted supports are standard.

✓ Reversible
This bench pastry sheeter is reversible, enabling the operator to process dough in both directions saving both time and operator strain.
