This machine works great for removing baked on debris from baking trays and pans before inserting into your pan washer.

The Tray Cleaners Pan Brush Scrubber includes the following standard features:

This unit is ideal for removing seeds, egg wash, and freshly baked-on dough or residue. Please note, this unit should not be used for degreasing pans.

Quickly and efficiently clean multiple pans with continuous throughput.

✓ Dual Brush Action
Dual brushing action ensures both sides of the pan/tray are cleaned at once.

✓ Clean Various Trays
Suitable for a wide variety of trays up to 1″ (25mm) thick. This includes peel boards, bun and sheet pans, fluted baguette pans, and perforated pans. Trays sizes can be any length with a maximum width of 24″ (60 cm).

✓ Durable & Gentle Brushes
These long-lasting synthetic brushes are stiff and durable, yet gentle enough not to scratch or remove coatings and finishes.

✓ Easy Cleaning
Electronic controls are mounted on the top of the machine to facilitate easier cleaning within the cleaning cavity.

✓ Casters
Fitted with locking casters for enhanced mobility.
