The Formatic also has a variable production speed that depends on the cookie machine’s drum and amount of shapes on the forming drum. The standard production space of the drum is up to 4.25″ in diameter with custom shapes available upon request.

Attachment designed to automatically scrape the wire-release mechanism after each deposit.

✚ Automatic Papering
Attachment designed to automatically place product onto paper with each deposit.

✚ Various Hopper Sizes
Larger hoppers are available for large-scale production.

✚ Additional Drums
The Formatic cookie machine is exclusively distributed by Erika Baking Equipment and features interchangeable drums that can have designs placed ever 180 degrees for a total of up to four custom shapes per drum.Purchase additional drums that can be interchanged for a diverse product lineup.

✚ Extended conveyors
Longer conveyor belts are available upon request.

✚ Deep Drop Drum
Achieve deposits with thickness ranging between 0.25 inches (7 mm) – 1.25 inches (32 mm).
