As the holiday season is upon us, we will be having modified office hours as scheduled below. Christmas
- Friday, December 21, 2018 – Our office will be closing early at 12:00 pm EST. Parts and spares orders received after 3:00 pm EST on Thursday, December 20, 2018 will begin processing on our next business day, Thursday, December 27, 2018.
- Monday, December 24 – Wednesday, December 26, 2018 – Our office will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday.
- Thursday, December 27, 2018 – Our office will re-open at 8:30 am EST. Parts and spares orders received after 3:00 pm EST on Thursday, December 20, 2018, will begin being processed for payment and shipment.
New Year’s
- Friday, December 28, 2018 – Parts and spares orders received after 3:00 pm EST will begin processing on our next business day, Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
- Monday, December 31, 2018 – Tuesday, January 1, 2019 – Our office will be closed in observance of New Year’s.
- Wednesday, January 2, 2019 – Our office will re-open at 8:30 am EST. Parts and spares orders received after 3:00 pm EST on Friday, December 28, 2018, will begin being processed for payment and shipment.
Inventory
To better serve our customers, we will be implementing a staggered inventory schedule for the month of December. Any delays in shipment of your spares order will be provided during the time of ordering.
