Erika was founded in 1928 by Karl Schmidt as the premier manufacturer of Divider/Rounders. Manufactured in Germany, these finely built machines are made to last and provide superior rounding and uniform dough balls.

For over 85 years, bakers have been turning to Erika for their industry-leading divider/rounder solutions that can address both retail and emerging wholesale production. This includes our innovative removable knife head assembly system which allows for the processing of products with multiple weight ranges in one machine.
