Erika Baking Equipment is proud to be an authorized distributor of STM water chillers. This includes solutions for both retail and wholesale bakeries.

When properly configured into your production environment, these chillers are designed to deliver water at a consistent temperature of 2° C (35.6° F). These systems automatically switch on and feature a cleaning system to help maintain sanitary operating conditions. Designed to consistently chill water at 2°C (36° F) throughout the work day. This includes the ability to continue chilling in higher ambient temperatures above 38°C (100°F).

All STM water chiller features remote technical support and diagnostics that enable STM to provide product updates, tele-assistance, and remote management. This is easily achieved using your existing internet connection.

✓ Stainless Steel Construction
All key components including the heat exchanger and pump are made of stainless steel for maximum reliability and hygiene.

✓ Energy Efficiency
These chillers are designed to automatically turn on and off as needed and make use of an efficient heat exchange process to limit energy usage.

Our unique plate style heat exchanger facilitates faster chilling and increased performance.

✓ Sanitary Design
Automatic ensures proper hygiene by preventing bacterial growth and cross contamination between hot and cold water.
