Specifically, Cindy’s expertise includes overseeing oven sales for both retail and wholesale/industrial markets,” said Dan DaRocha, President of Erika Baking Equipment.
Chananie will be overseeing the launch of Tagliavini – industry leading oven solutions for both retail and wholesale/industrial markets. This includes convection, deck, combination, rack and tunnel ovens designed to suit your production needs.
