From October 6 – October 9, 2013 visitors converged upon the Las Vegas Convention Center for North America’s largest baking industry tradeshow – IBIE 2013. Erika Baking Equipment’s presence consisted of two booth in Las Vegas Convention Center’s North Hall.
Visitors were able to experience a full assortment of equipment designed to address multiple baking needs. This included our flag-ship Erika Divider/Rounder offerings as well as products from our exclusive partners. This includes bakery equipment from: Ciberpan, Deighton (manufacturers of Baxx, Formatic, and Traymatic lines), Janssen, Krumbein, and MONO. This equipment spanned across multiple categories included: Bread & Roll Production Systems, Bread & Cake Slicers, Cookie Machines, Divider/Rounders, Depositors, Mixers, Ovens, Reversible Sheeters, and other miscellaneous equipment.
