November 21, 2019 – Erika Baking Equipment is excited to announce that we will be relocating to a larger facility to serve you better. As a result, there will be no shipping of equipment and parts/spares beginning on Monday, December 9, 2019 until Friday, December 20, 2019.

All equipment and parts orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, December 6, 2019, will be shipped once shipping tentatively resumes on Thursday, December 23, 2019 from our new location.

We appreciate your understanding during this exciting time of transition!

Holiday Shipping Schedule

We will also be observing a modified shipping schedule during the following observed holidays.

Thanksgiving 2019
Our office will be closed Thursday, November 28 & Friday, November 2019 in observance of Thanksgiving. Our office will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 2, 2019.

All equipment and parts orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 will be shipped when our team returns to the office on Monday, December 2, 2019.

Christmas 2019
Our office will be closed on Tuesday, December 24 – Thursday, December 26, 2019 in observance of Christmas. Our office will resume normal business hours on Friday, December 27, 2019.

All equipment and parts orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Monday, December 23, 2019 will be shipped when our team returns to the office on Friday, December 27, 2019.

New Year’s 2020
Our office will be closing early on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 – Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in observance of New Year’s. Our office will resume normal business hours on Thursday, January 2, 2020.

All equipment and parts orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, will be shipped when our team returns to the office on Thursday, January 2, 2020.

Erika Baking Equipment Relocating FAQ’s

1. Where is Erika Baking Equipment moving?
Beginning on January 1, 2020, our new address will be 190 Fairfield Avenue, West Caldwell, NJ 07006.

2. Will your phone numbers and e-mail addresses be changing?
With a recent upgrade to our phone system, our phones will remain operational during this moving period. This also means that all phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and website links will remain the same.

3. Why is Erika moving?
We’re growing! We’re a close-knit team, but the time has come to give everyone a bit more breathing room (with additional space for future team members). This larger facility will also include an expanded warehouse, along with a new and improved Baker’s Lab (our showroom and test facility).

4. Will your facility still be easy to access?
We’ve always believed in being easily accessible to bakers both near and far! This means we will still be a short distance from Midtown Manhattan and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). We will also have improved parking and loading dock space.

Lastly, our new headquarters will be located in the heart of Northern New Jersey, minutes away from shopping malls such as Willowbrook Mall, major highways (Routes 3, 23, 46, and 80), and hotels (for those planning overnight visits to the Baker’s Lab).
